Well I'm not an employee either...I voted VS. I've been using Auctiva for a year & a half and only one time long ago, my pics disappeared for a little while. I've had virtually NO problems at all since then.

Never had a problem in 2 and a half years.

I'm going on 3 years with Auctiva, and although there's been some bumps along the way, I voted VS, because from what I've seen, every time there is a problem Auctiva is quick to get to it. I mean, problems can be (no, are GOING to be) expected, and what really counts is how they handle it, from my experience they do a GREAT job.

I voted VS too. I think the service is great with very few glitches.

I voted VS. Been an Auctiva user for about 8 months or so and have never had an issue other than configuring things on my end.

I can't imagine NOT having Auctiva and running things on eBay. Ugh.. how God awful would that be folks?
