Images come and go on auctions any one else ?

I'm having the same problem today...except it seems they are down more than up.

I'm having the same problems, since very early (around 6 am Eastern) this morning. What's worse, I've gotten several emails from people browsing on eBay that say all they can see are red x's. And I can't upload any pictures to Auctiva either.

Me too. When I file a service ticket I'm told they are working on it and to close the dispute.

I guess they are still working on it - becuase I can't list anything.

Anybody else got annoyed regular customers, work piling up around their ears and no way to list new items? Frustration levels really mount when I've work planned, scheduled etc and cannot do the listings. I know that is a personal problem gritch and moan but just venting the frustration and aRRRGGGHH at the way it messes with my very limited posting time may help Or - there's alway more CHOCOLATE!

This is going to sound silly but if you create the listing and then save it, it will upload fine when you come back to it in about 5 minutes. This is the only way I have gotten around this mess.

I wasn't even able to log into Auctiva for most of the day - I could only get into the forums, and since I couldn't access the home page, I couldn't even file a suppport ticket.

I love Auctiva - when it's working right - but I sure am glad I have another service that I can go to so I can get some work done.

The problem started yesterday. Today I think looks much worst. The crazy is that I can see the gallery picture but when I go inside the auction …nothing.. Then appear for a minute .. then gone. Anyone knows what is going on??

Our engineering department is aware that images have just gone down. We are currently working on this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

They have been on and off since the 10 cents listing day !! and today they have been off more than on. I have lost so much money because last min bidders are not bidding, and i am sorry to say that I have no more patience with this site.

Not so long ago the staff made so much of the new servers and the new facility, where down time was few and far between,?? can you give us some idea how long this is going to take to fix ? are we talking hours or days ??

I need to upload pictures onto my auctions from another host, but it will take hours to do that, do you have any idea how frustrating this is ??
