I want to say I appreciate Auctiva too, and as a mother of two comp.techs I know how frustrating they can be. I'm sure ebay is doing everything they can to cause problems because they want to squeeze every cent out of the sellers for pics etc. I'm gonna hang on, and hope it gets better quickly. I'd even be willing to pay a monthly fee for the service if it would help things keep working smoothly.
I can't believe this is happening. I had a very expensive item endig tonight and with over 40 people watching it, I couldn't understand why the bidding suddenly took a stand still. Now I know why. I have possibly lost HUNDREDS of dollars on this item!!! Who is going to pay for this?

DO we have to go back into every listing and replace all the images?

PLEASE LET US PAY FOR THIS SERVICE SO WE HAVE A SERVICE TO RELY ON!!!!!!!!!

I'm REALLY Crabby!

Didn't the new server image provider have some some claim about an Outstanding Record for The Least Number of Outtages Per ?whatever ? when they were researched & Auctiva signed on the other month?

Or is it Auctiva and/or the demand? Do we need to have a limit on the amount of space/number of images? Would that help?

I must say, I've got WAAAY too many images that I don't use always forget to go in & delete. I feel like such a space hog!

But really, [i]wasn't there a super track record for a very low number of outtagesi]?

Oh yeah, and thanks guys for acknowledging, announcing the problem & keeping us updated--Helps keep the blood pressure under control.
HI,

As a whole I very much LOVE Auctiva and its great price! I too thought that the transfer to the new servers would eliminate image problems, but the problems of the last couple of days have proved to be frustrating, as I am sure they are for you too.

I would be willing to pay a small fee each month, but I wouldn't like you to restrict the size or number of images that we are allowed, that was part of the reason I left my last pay site.

Just my two cents and a wish for a SPEEDY resolution of this issue, as I too have a high dollar item listed that we are eager to see sell well!!!!
