Re: images failed

Hi all. I am new to using Auctiva. Today is my firts listing using it. I can upload some pictures but not others. I do not see what size the pics can be but they are all about 15kb and jpeg. I kept trying over and over but they would fail. I finally had to use a stock picture and that one worked. Any help out there for me? Thank you in advance.

Hi fire_dudette,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. You should be able to upload your images using the HTML Uploader (which is the uploader available on the listing creation page) as long as the images are in JPG or GIF format and have dimensions no greater than 1024 DPI.

If the images you are trying to upload meet those guidelines and you are still unable to upload them, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
