Images in Auctiva enabled for gallery upload to ebay not working

Hi - I have tried to edit my Auctiva listing numerous times trying to get the gallery pictures to show up on eBay by always making sure the enable check mark box is checked.
My original upload from Auctiva to eBay was fine - gallery was loaded until I went to eBay to revise the eBay listing because I NEVER get my Auctiva listing to come up with the GREEN
FREE shipping - it has shown up now because I revised it (within eBay) BUT when I did that I lost the gallery pictures. I have tried everything to get them back. Also the issue with the FREE SHIPPING GREEN LETTERS is now an on going issue for me and I have tried everything. Looking at the create profile shipping areas of Auctiva and
eBay they are entirely different and I wonder if
this is the problem. But for the mean time I
would just like to get the gallery pictures back. This is for my listing Aynsley Gold Fruit Tea Cup and Saucer

Hi sugarpie87,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. Ebay's system should automatically place the green “Free Shipping” note in the Header image section of listings that qualify, so I really cannot be sure why you may not have been seeing this option on the items you have posted through Auctiva.

If you have posted an item which offers at least one domestic shipping service at no cost and you do not see this indicator in the Header image section of the listing, I can only recommend contacting eBay's Customer Support team for further clarification on why that is the case.

Also, it sounds like you were able to get some assistance restoring your Gallery images from another member of our Community through a different thread, but you are welcome to contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab if you need any further assistance in that regard.
