Images not coming up!! Help!

I've just been checking my auctions and see that a lot of my pictures are not coming up. Just wondering does this happen a lot?

I am currently having the same problem...Any news as to when it will be corrected?

Per Mike on the other tread file a support request. I think, they think the problem was solved

My images aren't coming up, either and I have several auctions ending soon. This isn't making me happy! I've checked lots of other auctions and it's not my browser, it's not affecting any other hosting service - it's just Auctiva. On the occassions when Auctiva works properly - it rocks. And then there's the rest of the time...

Same problem, been ongoing intermittently for a week now, may be time to dump Auctiva, these problems are far too frequent and cost us all money.

It's obviously their "new" listing servers, which are lagging like crazy or are down altogether. If you check your saved listings on Auctiva, it's the same issue, some images show up right away, others taken awhile to load, and others don't load at all.

What REALLY bugs me, not a soul from Auctiva has chimed in on this thread yet, there's no announcements that I can find and this isn't a NEW problem, it's been going on awhile.

Then of course Auctiva's listing form isn't in conformance with the new Ebay listing form - wasn't in conformance with the old one either - so maybe it's time Ebay took a look at Auctiva as an authorized provider.

Same problem here...NO images coming up, even on auctions that will be closing today. NOT a good thing. But I guess you get what you pay for!

Same here. Well, some of my pictures are showing...but a lot are the dreaded red X. Bummer. Since you can't list - why not shop?

Same here (both with item creation and with active auctions). I opened a ticket for it, and just hope that someone is working there this weekend, as I have auctions ending in 5 hours (with new auctions going up as well).

My auctions are just ending - critical time for adding value $$$ - and all pictures have vanished??? Since this is obviously and on-going problem affecting many Auctiva customers could someone from Auctiva please post a definitive statement as to cause, fix, and timescale. This would be much appreciated.

I just listed an item. No photos. I do love auctiva, it saves a lot of time. Hopefully, probems will get corrected soon.

I'm sorry, but there are problems a lot of the time, and this has been true for a long, long time, much before the new servers. The real problem here is the total lack of communication (and consideration!) for the users. How hard is it to acknowledge a problem and give an ETA for fixing it?

The response I received was the standard "your images are still there, and we are looking into the issue" response.

I see the first posting about this issue "today" (re pics not loading) was at 9:00 am this morning. It is now past 5:00 pm and still no response or posting from support staff.

Is it too much to let us know when and if the problem might be resolved?? If you don't know the answer to what is wrong - say so! Rather hear that answer than no answer.

I have 55 items getting ready to come off. I just had a question from somebody that thought what I had would work but NO pictures, he didnt have anything nice to say about Auctiva. I don't anymore. These weekly problems are a joke

What I am worried about is the ones I have scheduled. Are the pictures still going to be there tonight?

this is getting increasingly frustrating.
this has been going on for over a week now.
on again off again. this may be free image hosting but the money i'm loosing from my listings expiring because people can't see my photos doesn't make it worth it.

Anyone know of another free service, Auctiva's picture problem is constant!!

I just filed a support request and they said are pictures are still there, just loading slow. Slow? I just get red X's after 5 min's. As far as new listings tonight????????? I asked about my listings that are getting ready to start and no definite reply to that subject except that my pictures are still there

Same deal..every week..Better change #2 on the home page...the one about world class reliability...some big auctions ending tonight...losing lots of money...Auctiva..can't you hire someone for the weekends? Can't you fix this? What's the problem???

Just had someone earlier tell me that my Auctiva pictures were not showing , then he emailed me and said he also had a ebay account thru Canada and my pictures loaded ok at the Canadian Ebay site. Whats up with that?

This will teach me to trust thousands of dollars in merchandise listings to a couple of computer geeks with a simple Ebay template program who are probably at Dinseneyland right now riding "It's A Small World", instead of taking care of "business".

For a free service, This is costing me alot of money. What a joke. Every week it's something different. Very sad
