The wrong photo is in the Auctiva scrolling store gallery. Not the Ebay auction itself. The list in Ebay is fine after I fixed all the photos that were not showing correctly. But I can't figure out how to get the scrolling store gallery from Auctiva to show the correct photos. On some listings it shows a tan coat of which I'm not even selling. Nor do I have this "coat" listed on my server!!!!

Here is a link, Look at the auctiva scrolling store that is near the top of the listing: (NOTE that both the Ebay gallery & Ebay photo is showing the correct item for sale) but not Auctiva

When you make a photo change to an ebay listing through an ebay revise or update, it takes time to sync back to Auctiva, i.e. it's not immediately done. If the auction you're pointing to (6 Suspense Summer Reads) is the auction with the problem scrolling gallery picture, it appears that sync has now been done and the picture is correct. Usually, 2-4 hours and a sync happens, but it depends on load, etc.

The photos in Ebay are working fine now but not in AUCTIVA. I've since closed down the Auctiva store/scrolling gallary as it was hurting my sales. It was still showing a tan coat of which I"M NOT SELLING!!!!! I made the ebay photo updates back on Wednesday, Today is Saturday don't tell me that it takes more then 4 DAYS for auctiva to get sync with ebay!!!!!!
Hi,

Pinned-Striped Black Slacks/Pants - Size 26W ?

I'm seeing an item that does have a wrong picture on the SG and Store, and that item appears to have been submitted using ebay Turbolister. Since it may only import info once for a none Auctiva listing (if I understand how that works), that might be what's happening. What syncs and what doesn't for certain circumstances is somewhat confusing for even the folks like me that have used the service for several years. The FAQ does give a short list of what syncs and the expectation interval.

I'd recommend you open a Support Case with the Auctiva folks to see if that's the cause and what steps you or they can use to correct current problems and prevent future ones.
