Images Not Uploading

yep, been trying all weekend. Had luck before, but it just freezes after the first pic.

Mine just keep failing - really need to list cos of the problems last week. I hate being so behind!!

Works fine for me. Make sure you are uploading small pixel pictures. Been working fine all weekend and this morning.

Today I have managed to upload only one photo. I keep trying but nothing seems to work ??

Hello, I was having problems too. My problem turned out to be an Active X problem. I just reinstalled it and the my pictures uploaded fine. Good Luck.

I guess I'll go ahead and try the Active X deal - last night worked and worked just trying to get into old, saved listings. Discovered it was something about "blocked headers" -- this morning, can't upload any new pics from my computer, and I get the Active X message.

Failed message when trying to upload images. Don't believe that it has anything to due with our computers. I can't even get the Active X to install...error page keeps coming up. Too bad...auctiva was fun to use. Support teams can't seem to come up with answers either. I've been behind on my listings so needed to use another image host! If anyone comes up with an answer...there are alot of people waiting!

I too,am having problems and I have emailed Auctiva about this problem.I have edited my pictures,mostly for close ups and these are the pictures that will not upload.The error message is:failed,format not invalid or not supported.The regular pictures have no problems with being uploaded.This is the first time that I have had this problem and I use this Auctiva all the time.and am thankful that I can use it so this is a puzzle to me.

I was told to clear my cache. Sometimes this helps, and sometimes it doesn't. Worth a try?
