I noticed a couple weeks ago that everything I listed with turbo lister, showed up on my auctiva store window, which I loved, but have had items listed this week and NO store window is showing up. I'm wondering if I need to and HOW to renew some "token" that I read about.

I just went and relisted some items from old auctiva listings, just to maybe generate the store to import ALL the items, which hasn't happened yet, but the first several items I have for sale were uploaded on TL more than 24 hours ago....I think....hmmm.

ANYHOO. I would also LIKE TO SEE auctiva place the store window at the bottom of the listings, so that the item for sale will show up first, and not the store gallery.

I'd like to see this because MANY buyers and sellers complain that it takes too long to load the gallery, ??? I know auctiva.com says thats not true, but I still don't like the store gallery showing on top, and for that reason, I was using Turbo Lister to load so that I could PLACE the pics on TOP in html view.

THANK YOU. I would like to see someone address the issues of
1: Imported Listings from TL

2: Do I need to renew a token to get this happenin'

3: Can we have the peeps at auctiva consider moving the store to the bottom of a listing??

4: If Auctiva doesn't move the store, how can I use the auctiva FORM AND also place MY PICS above the store gallery. Because I don't get it.

That's why I use Turbo Lister so I can place my pics on top. thanks.

Hello,

1) when you generate your eBay token, your active listings are imported into Auctiva along with those that have closed within the past 30 days. If you place new listings via eBay or Turbolister, they'll be imported into Auctiva within 4-6 hours. However, there is no way to import listing archives from Turbolister.

2) I checked you account and all 11 of your active listings are displayed in your Auctiva store and store window, so it appears all of your active listings have been imported.

3) The "scrolling" view of the store window is set to appear at the top of your listings. It can, however, be inserted at the bottom of your listings if you insert the store window html in the bottom of the html description. The store window html can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML. You may also want to check out the "full" view of the store window as it is set to appear at the bottom of your listings. To preview this view, go to Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Edit Store Window.

4) Inserting the store window html at the bottom of your html description will do the trick.

I hope this helps=)

Thanks mike.

This is the only auction I had on last week. The week before, the store gallery was in all my auctions. Look at this one. There is NOTHING in there about auctiva. How strange.

Then, none of them showed up til today in any of the 13 or 14 I have on now, til I went to auctiva and relisted something. There are some major glitches going on I would say.

I know they're there now, but weren't until I went and loaded one up from the auctiva site.

So, I get the "token" from eBay eh? well, with only one auction going, maybe you have an explanation for that, it was no big deal.

I will try to copy the html for the store but I guess the templates are no biggie for me, I really like TL better..

AND I think those master files are a PITA Frown I had deleted all my old ones, and WOW WHAT A runaround to get them set up again. I don't like it at all!!! OH WELL, that's just me, too many page changes and back and forth and NO DIRECTIONS. Yes, I did listen to the tutorials. all of em. No, they didn't help. WHoever designed that master file stuff should be fired. lololol Smile seriously.
I did see the larger but unscrolling store view and had edited to use it, then changed it back..

That is not my "new" question tho.

I am now worried that if I take the store scrolling html from where you said it is, and put it at the bottom of my description in html. (and a secondary question, is that html view in AUCTIVA ALSO??? - or just in ebay pages??) back to the first question, will I end up with 2 scrolling stores if I copy one into description yet the automatic insertion also puts a scrolling window in??? I'm only asking because I have looked at that html for the stores, and I don't know if I could take one out if need be after an auction listing was active.

I really want to do the html as little as possible. thank you for taking the time to answer all these similar questions!! OMG :O
Hi missmerc,

I'm not sure why the Auctiva store window wasn't appended to the listing you mentioned. I placed your account on the list to reconcile with eBay, which should import your active listings and append the store window to those that are missing it within 4-6 hours.

If that doesn't work, you could ass it manually by pasting the store window html at the bottom of your html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form.

If you insert the html into a description you don't have to worry about a 2nd store window being added. the system will know one's already there and won't add another.

Yes, you can remove the store window from a listing after it's added by removing the store window html from the html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form.

I hope this helps=)
