Install flash media

My scroll window is saying to install flash media. I just started using firefox, but the listings were made prior to firefox installation. I am not computer savy at all so any help will have to be in the form of 1,2,3.
This is only happening on a select few of my auctions. The other auctions scroll window has every other picture showing.

If you are using the same browser and seeing some auctions with and others without the scrolling window then its not your browser. You either have flash installed or you don't If some work then its not that.
Its probably all the problems we are all getting with the continuing saga of the scrolling window does not work.
