Hello, I utilize other means for insurance (not Auctiva) and updated all my active listings to reflect insurance is "included with shipping and handling" to comply with ebay.

Due to the changes, my listings are no longer reflecting this once they post to ebay. I have tried several ways to maintain this but whenever the listing transfers to ebay, the listings show "not offered" for insurance instead of "included with shipping and handling". (I have previewed the listing in Auctiva and it shows the correct information, but when I view it in ebay it reverts to the "not offered".)

How do I get this corrected for future listings? I do not have the time to revise every listing in ebay after I list it with Auctiva.

After today, "included" for insurance should disappear as a concept for selection at eBay or for Revise Listing (today being the cut-off for the new policy).

In essence, eBay no longer sees insurance as other than a Seller expense, which you can add as part of a S&H cost (like the cost of the box for shipping). But, the concept of "included" on their lister and Auctiva's should disappear, as it's no longer a pass-along cost.

Ah, so after today I shouldn't even see any mention of insurance appear on the listings? I'll follow up and be sure mine are okay. I was thinking that as of today it would be updated since it took effect today.
