Insurance and paypal clip n snip

ok. I have yet to put a listing on eBay using Auctiva and already see some problems. I hope someone can help. First I cancelled the insurance from Auctiva only because I am thinking I will not be able to use clip and snip via Paypal or the USPS. Am I correct in thinking this? Second, I too am showing no items for sale when clicking on "View seller's other items" and they were on before I activated Auctiva. How do I get them to show again? I'm thinkg I may not be up to the task of Auctiva LOL

Hi Norma1910,

Welcome to Auctiva! You can actually still use Auctiva Shipping Insurance when you are using Paypal or USPS Click-n-Ship to print your shipping labels. If you purchased an Auctiva Shipping Insurance policy to cover an item, you would just NOT choose to purchase additional insurance when printing your shipping label.

Also, the reason your listings were no longer displayed on your "View Seller's Other Items" page after you signed up is because, since the scrolling gallery was added to your listings, eBay needed to "re-index" then to appear in the appropriate search results pages. According to eBay's help page on this topic, http://pages.ebay.com/help/find/questions/wheres-my-item.html, this process can take up to 6 hours.
