Can I buy Insurance for international first class via USPS? USPS does not offer insurance for first class shipping and I'm force to only offer priority mail just for the insurance option for international shipping.

You can buy insurance for international 1st Class shipments by purchasing the insurance through Auctiva. Check out this link

If you make insurance optional in your listing, make sure that you have the "use Auctiva Shipping Insurance" and "Auto-purchase Insurance" options selected on your Auctiva account settings--that way, if your buyer wants insurance, it will automatically be purchased through Auctiva.

Yes, you can buy insurance after the customer has paid. Just go to your paid transactions tab and select, "add insurance." You have 3 days after the item has been mailed to buy insurance.
