Hi Community,

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties which are causing intermittent performance issues (primarily slowness) on the Auctiva.com website. Our technical team is currently investigating the situation and we will get our site and services functioning normally once again as soon as possible.

I will keep you posted on this situation through this thread as additional information becomes available. We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing.

Hi Community,

Although we have seen some improvement since we have been working on this issue, we continue to see some of the same performance issues at this time. Our technical team is still investigating the remaining issues but, unfortunately, I am still uncertain when we may be able to have them fully resolved at this point.

I will continue to keep you posted through this thread as additional information becomes available. We appreciate your patience as we pursue the situation further.

I am pleased to report that our site and services are operating much better now, and we have effectively stopped receiving reports of site slowness and other related performance issues since the last update I posted to this thread. However, we are still carefully monitoring the situation and are working to ensure that the issue does not resurface.

If you encounter any further difficulties of this nature, please contact our Customer Support team to let us know by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
