I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I was seeing the same behavior in your account when attempting to log in through IE on a Windows machine and I believe and I believe I have made the appropriate adjustments to your account state to resolve the problem.
I was able to log in to your account successfully after making this change. However, the difference in behavior you are seeing between machines is pretty strange so I wouldn't be extremely surprised if you are seeing different behavior on your end than I am seeing on mine.
