Is it humanly possible to change photo in scrolling window?

Hi,
I have changed a photo in my ebay gallery and and in my listing sucessfully from the eBay revise feature manage photos and gallery. Now how do I get to change it in the scrolling window to match the ones in the same eBay listing? I have brought this question to HELP a few times and was told it would be updated within 4 - 6 hours. It never does so I think HELP does not understand my question or Auctiva store window image changing feature is broken.
I would truly appreciate a solid straight answer as to whether or not an image in the scrolling or static store window can or can not be changed, and if so, how? Thanks.

Hi hippophile,

It was probably me that informed you it would be updated 4-6 hours after changing your gallery photo...and I thought it would.

Turns out, there is no way to change a store window image=) I apologize for running you around in circles on this issue.
