Hi, I haven't used Auctiva in a couple months, I'm trying to log in and I'm getting a screen that says auctiva came out with a new version or something? I can't access my profiles or create a listing at all. I'm assuming the site is down.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Somehow I ended up on the Classic Auctiva Site and opened up a claim there since I couldn't get in to our site. I just got a response with a different URL http.//38.102.38.84 Amazingly, this time it worked and I got on the right site. I was also told that Internet Explorer 7-could be causing my problem because it is beta. I am looking at puttting in FireFox instead. I hope this helps. Take care-SonShine

Hi can I ask what was preventing you from listing mine is very intermittent as well...driving me nuts thanks Hilary
It just keeps freezing up; when I get in. Getting in is the problem; I would get to Auctiva in the search engines. Then when I would click on it; it wouldn't do anything and then come up not found. I am finding it very frustrating! Then when I do get in and start on a listing, my screen freezes up and it won't let me save. Then I have to close out of the listing to try again to go in and save it. Now when I closed out of the listing screen. I couldn't get back on to the site. Hope this helps! SonShine
