I seem to have constant problems with this feature.
One of three things happens.
1) The store is there, scrolling through, but no images are showing up. Constantly "loading" but never actually "loads"
2) The images are there, but at least half of the items I'm seeling aren't there.
3) There is just a blank white screen and there is nothing there at all.
This feature has NEVER been fully functional for me in all the time I've used Auctiva. I can't understand why.

Here are the explanations for the issue youyr are experiencing:
#1 occurrs when we disable the store window completely...I believe we did this once last week.
#2 is because the store window is not supposed to display all of your active listings. The store window is set to display 12 items at a time favoring items that are ending nearest the time of the one being viewed, and is refreshed every 2 hours. Once some of your listings end, they’ll be replaced in the store window with new ones at next refresh.
#3 occurs because we've disabled store window images. We have had to do this several times in the last week when store window images are interfering with the loading of auction images.

Do you have any idea when the store window problem will be corrected permanently? Store window problems have also been an on going concern with my auctions. Having the store window and/or images disabled has a drastic effect on my auction sales.
