posted a new auction....not showing up on ebay...look under scheduled (was an immediate post not scheduled) and auction action still says 'posting'....any news?
I have 5 trying to post to the UK site, not going through. It seems there may be a timing problem, when I tried to reschedule a listing to post again, it defaulted to a time almost 50 minutes ago instead of the current time.
I tried to use the "POST NOW" function to see if that'd work... Nup.
How annoying, I just hope it doesn't post all three and I get charged 3X listing fees. Especially because it won't let me cancel them now either! EEeeeek!
Does the fact that we are in a different time zone (UK) from the Auctiva (US) mean we are going to have to wait ages before it'll be resolved do you think? ------------------------------------------------
I was able to delete one of my scheduled listings, the first one. Not the other two yet. I get "unable to delete" message on the last two. They are all within about 10 minutes apart, so maybe I can eliminate those also.
Keep checking Proper and maybe you can catch them. Not to worry though, usually Auctiva works great. This is the first time that I have run into a problem.
well I've never had this prob and been using auctiva for a year....I really needed this to post before my other auctions were over, guess I'll just wait it out and maybe a mod will come in and fill us in soon. I'm in US and having the same prob.
I just tried to post my vacation rental in my ebay store and get this message for both...

I don't have a CLUE what could be causing this. I don't have any improper links or wording... Any ideas?
We did experience a higher than usual amount of failed posting due to the "Not Posted in Time" message. Our engineering department has confirmed that our posting statistics have stabilized so, if you have listings that previously failed to post for this reason, you should now be able to post them successfully without making any changes.
The preceding message only applies to listings that failed to post due to the "Not Posted in Time" failure message. If your listings failed to post for a different reason, I suggest filing a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:
