Is there a way to temporarily disable Auctiva?

I notice that since starting Auctiva the ISBN feature and pictures to not work through ebay the way the did previously. Is there a way to temporarily disable Auctiva to list my books? It is so much easier to just enter the isbn on them. thanks, wkamm

Why don't you just list through the eBay page instead of going to Auctiva's website?

I am trying to do that, but since I signed up for Auctive my ebay listing features to not work properly, such as the isbn feature will not come up and I cannot upload pictures from my ebay website now. I don't know why it changed, but I would like it to work the way it did before and don't know how to get it back that way. thanks, wkamm

Hi wkamm,

Auctiva does not currently support prefilled item info for books, DVD's, CD's, etc., however, we will be adding this feature to our site as part of our Phase II release, which is tentatively scheduled for Q1 of 2007.
