I have created 9 Item Details Profiles. The first 7 are O.K.; however, the last 2 I created did not save correctly. The Item Description disappears.

I tried Save As. That didn't work. I tried creating a new Item Details Profile. Now that doesn't work. Everything else can change and be saved correctly, just not the Item Description.

Also, I haven't figured out how Auctiva gets paid. I'm aware that if I use Auctiva, I can offer Auctiva shipping insurance. Is that all that I'm financially responsible for? Do I have to pay for Auctiva Checkout?

Are there any limits on how much space I use? Is there a limit on how many gigs of photos or # of profiles I can create?

I'm just not finding any of this information - there's a lot to figure out!

Hi diamonds_gold_jewelry, and welcome to Auctiva Smile

The only thing Auctiva currently charges for is the shipping insurance, and extra reporting functionality for the counters you can add to your listings (the basic counter is free.)

Auctiva Checkout is free, there are no limits on how many listings, profiles, images, etc. you can have and its all free Smile

As for your item description problem... please file a support case by clicking the Help link at the top of this page and scrolling to the bottom section. There we may assist you in more detail.
