Item Specifics

Agreed. I have the same issue. This began sometime wiht Spring when Auctiva changed something.

I am hoping this will be fixed when they update for eBay's new set of item specifics.

I HOPE and TRUST that Auctiva will fix the problems associated with Item Specifics to conform with the eBay regulations that will go into effect soon. Please!

Me too, same problem. I have to close the whole thing (submit it), then reopen it again in order to continue. Almost everything on Auctiva is a pain in the ass. 75% of everything I do on here takes me double to 4 times (sometimes 10 times!!!) LONGER THAN IT SHOULD if they would WORK on the issues we post here. Honestly, I think they need to hire better programmers.

I have submitted a couple of support tickets and they ASSURE me that this will comply with ebays new rollout by the next major update from Auctiva in mid June....If not..EXODUS!!!

I agree, I have been using Auctiva for over two years to do my eBay listings. I like it. I like the extra pictures we can add, although now eBay is letting add more without extra costs but not in all categories. I LOVE the feature of being able to schedule my listings when I want them and to save them half/done and come back to them...I work when I can with lots of interuptions. But some of the unstable stuff drives me nuts. I try to 'work around it' but it is getting annoying as I am really trying to up my business and listings. I really hope they get this fixed. And if you have a Auctiva Commerce store...OH BOY - TALK ABOUT HEADACHES! Well, better get back to T R Y I N G to list...Vintage collectibles NEW (mostly I think not!!!!) Need the USED Condition to come up as a choice!!PLEASE...
