To begin with, I really am enjoying Auctiva. In browsing Ebay, I noticed your templates more than most and that's why I'm here! I've enjoyed working with it so far and will continue to do so in the future.
But, like most, I do have a few complaints. *smile*
My biggest one is the fact that the "Active Listings" don't show updated bids very often. I have some auctions that jumped up quite a bit, but Auctiva is just now saying that they even got their first bid. That happened a day or so ago. So, outside of putting up my listings, I'm always at Ebay anyway.
Another thing has to do with the store window. I prefer the scrolling window, but it likes to put itself at the TOP of my auctions. Not a good place for it. So, I went with the larger window so that it would automatically place itself at the bottom. I don't want to have to go revise every item I put on Ebay just to put my store window in the place I'd like it to be. A simple selection of "top," "middle," or "bottom" would be nice.
That's all for now. I still really like your service! I love the ability to save different profiles depending on what I'm selling. That's great! So, keep up the good work!
