Is there anyway you could get more details when searching for a category to list in? When I first started using Auctiva, it was great. Now I cannot even tell what the main category is from the description given when I do a search.
The listing catagories that you search through are all identical to those on eBay. Whatever you would use when listing directly on eBay, use it when creating your listing on Auctiva.
I realize this, but they are hard to tell what I am selecting. For instance, if I put in Christmas decorations, I may get 10 categories, but some say "Other" or maybe "Modern" or another "Other". I would like to see it show at least the main category. On ebay, I could arrow my way to the one I wanted as long as I got the main category.
using the browse button will give you the ebay-like window with different layers to category. for "search" you have to match up the cat # yourself to figure it out. (not ideal, i know) It does this because all it knows is the sub-category name (as provided by ebay).
