listing error ebay fees any one else having trouble

Is any one having trouble listing i get an error says i need to pay ebay fees. my account is current and i did a ebay live chat they confirmed my ebay account in good standing. is there a way to reset auctiva. any suggestions appreciated 20 auctions scheduled to list today none of them posted. Thanks for your help

eBay Live support is wrong.

eBay shows this message in your account: "Action Required -- Credit/Debit Card Payment Declined"

Thus you do owe eBay and you wont be able to post auction using Auctiva or anything else, including eBay's listing form until you pay them.
