listing errors

Hi,
I have been on ebay for 3 yrs and using auctiva for about 1 year. I have two sites at this time, as I build up feedback on my new site I am keeping my other store open for now. I am signed up correctly however, I keep getting these API listing errors telling me my email address has to match ebay's...and it does after double checking my accounts. So why do I keep getting these listing errors? Also, some listings have listed fine in the past and just this week didn't post. Anyone???? Thanks. Jini

Maybe it's a bug, if it works sometimes/not. You'd probably be able to resolve it fastest if you submit a support ticket.

Hi Jini,

I have reviewed your account and I believe your listings are being rejected by eBay because you entered your Paypal email address in all capital letters when you created them. If you revise these listings and instead enter your Paypal email address in lowercase letters, I suspect you will be able to post the successfully.
