Hi.

Ok, so Im new to auctiva, but not ebay, usually a turbo lister user, and pretty much got that down to a tee, but I see the advantages of auctiva and want to use it, but getting confused.
Ive read loads of posts and got some answers, but still having problems with the following, can anyone help? Please!

Bulk listing:
My templates and profiles are set, I want to list several different instances of the same item, how do I do this quickly. (or even at all, without having to make a new item) In turbo lister, I just select say 10 items, add to upload, one more click of add to upload and I have 20 items added? Is there such a thing on auctiva?

Bulk editing:
So I worked out after some time, how to bulk edit specifics, say duration. I change the duration from 7 days to 3 days, and it says that 99p buy it now price, that was fine in the previous listing, is now invalid, whats the deal with that?

Active listings:
Why are sold items in my active listings? Im I supposed to move them? delete them? whats all that about? surely they should go into some sort of sold folder, like ebay does.

Saved listings:
Why have only a hand full of items gone into saved listings? (imported by auctiva) But loads in active listings? I sell the same items over and over again and just want to keep re-listing them, do I somehow move them all into saved items first and then re-list them?

I think thats enough questions for now! Prob the longest post on here!

Any help would be apreciated.

Forest.

Hi,

Bulk listing:
You can repeat schedule the same item. I don't think there is an equivalent to the Turbolist method for bulk, yet.

Bulk editing:
Ebay has recently revised policy on BIN. Minimum price is now $1.00. I recall a new posted table at ebay that also discusses minimums for BIN vs. listing days, but couldn't immediately locate it for this post. I think it was $1.00 for all, so not sure 3 days doesn't have a higher minimum (vs. 7).

Active listings:
Normally, sold items move to Closed, but that might not occur until the periodic update Auctiva does to sync with ebay (about every two hours).

Saved listings:
You can do simple relist from the Closed listings page, or Auctiva just last week introduced the new Auto-Relist feature. Start by looking at the new Profile for that feature in the Profiles tab. It works in conjunction with designating a listing using the created profile in the one-page lister. Note, I'm reading about the capability here, but haven't tried it yet myself.

Hope that helps, but I'd check with Auctiva by opening a Support Case if something doesn't seem to work correct.
