Hi, I just uploaded 4 listings and three of them are showing as active and the last one is not. It is on eBay but is not showing up on this site or in my Auctiva store. Wonder why?

Your best bet is to file a support ticket and let them know your problem. They are the ones who have so, so many good answers about issues such as yours.
It sounds like the Auctiva site was just running a little slow with getting your one ad posted to your "active" folder. I had this same problem happen to me over the past weekend and within a few hours the one ad that wasn't showing up as "active" did end-up as "active" after all. I would hope that it is showing-up as "active" by now?

I know your request has long passed however this post might help someone currently...
What I did to resync the accounts was generate another Ebay token through the "My Account" tab then over to the "Ebay" selection.
