Listing Problems

This has been happening to me too... especially right NOW. Thank God it's not a 10 cent day! I think it's probably cuz everyone is going in and changing their shipping profiles for the new rates Good luck!

I am having exactly the same problem. I am running Linux with Firefox.

Please help!!! What is mean *API error* Thanks.

I sent a request in to support about the issue and here is what worked

Please complete the following steps::
1. Close all applications and Reboot your computer.
2. Open Internet Explorer
3. Click on Tools at the top, then on Internet Options
4. Click on the General Tab
5. Under Temporary Internet Files Heading - Click on "Delete Files"
6. Click on Security Tab - Click "Default Level"
7. Click On the Privacy Tab - Click "Default" - Click "Sites" Button - Type auctiva.com in the box and then click "Allow"
8. On Privacy Tab under Pop-Up Blocker - Click "Settings" - type auctiva.com - click "Add"
9. Click on Advanced Tab - Click "Restore Defaults"
10. Click "Apply" at the bottom - Click "Ok"

Please disable any pop-up blockers, or tool bars that contain pop-up blockers. If you are using the eBay tool bar, please un-install or disable that as well. If you are using a firewall, temporarily disable that as well.

I'm not sure what the API error is tho, you should send in a request

Carl Davis - I'm on Linux w/ FF too, no problems for me tho. Try clearing the browser's cache.
smol - API error usually happens when ebay grumbles about something in the listing, try running the error check if you haven't yet, if that doesn't take care of it file a support request.

*API error* generally appears when there is some type of mistake in the template. try running the error check to see if it tells you what the problem is. sometimes you can also see an asterisk with green writing next to the detail that is preventing the listing. hope that helps

When you receive an API error in response to an attempt to post your listings, please click the "Scheduled" link under the "Listings" tab or the red "Events" number in the upper right hand corner of your Auctiva account to see a summary of the error eBay returned.

If the error messages states that you should contact Auctiva support for additional information on why your listing failed to post, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:
