I don't understand why after having so many problems with the software AND NOBODY WILL RESPOND TO MY SUPPORT REQUESTS. I keep filling out support requests for months now and I have never gotten any response. What is the point in taking support requests if nobody will respond to them. I would gladly pay a fee to use Auctiva if the it were not the most trouble ridden software that I have ever used in my entire life. I have so many issues with the listing software. What is even worse is that they are not courteous enough to respond to my support requests.

Hi balloonstones,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. I just looked up your email address in our support system and found that we have responded to all of the support requests you have filed. In case you did not receive the emails informing you that your support requests have been responded to, you should be able to find them by clicking the "Help" link within your account and then clicking the "Check the Status of an Ongoing Support Case" link on the following page.

Bear in mind that only support cases in which you entered the same email address that you have on file with your Auctiva account will be displayed in this section of your account.

If you do not find the answer you are looking for there, I recommend opening a new support request by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

I finally was able to get to the list of support cases but the last two cases that I filed are not on the list and I never got any emails. My main problem is that every time that I try to save an item details profile, the item description box will not save. Everything else saves. I have tried 100 times. For this reason I can't make new profiles. THe error check passes but when I go to list an item with that profile, the description is blank. One other problem that I have is that I have never been able to add pics to listings through auctiva. It says they will be added but 100% of the time, they are never added. Perhaps you can help me through this forum since there seems to be a proplem with the support cases. Thanks for your help.
