Before I post a support ticket I thought I'd ask on here in case I'm doing something stupid!
I've set up Master profiles and select the profile I want to make a listing. All works fine and my shipping, marketing etc profiles are all shown as being used so I save the listing.
Then if I go back into that saved listing to make a change, or even just have a look at it, the profiles have all been reset to default '-select-'.
If I then try to change the Master default to the profile I want it clears everything that I've entered into the listing and I have to start again.
Have I missed something? This is getting very frustrating as I now keep getting error messages when submitting to ebay as my returns policy isn't being used in my listings.
