Hi. I am new to auctiva. I just started using it and I notice that my listing are not searchable through ebay. Like if the listing is an adidas outfit. If i search adidas on ebay my outfit doesnt show. Why is this?

Sometimes it takes HOURS for ebay to put the listings in. I have noticed they do this more often than they use to. I have checked on some of my items and it has taken up to 8 hours before they show up. When they do finally show up in the search they are too far in the mix to get any newly listed exposure. I have gone to their live HELP and of course they say it is NORMAL for listings to not get placed for HOURS. Whatever!
It does seem to take a ridiculously long time for listings to post...And be aware that if you dare to revise a listing, your auction will disappear from the gallery for a time also. It will be searchable by item # or from My Ebay, but will not appear in the gallery until Ebay runs its next update. Am I the only one who resents losing time from my auction duration for making an update?
what gallery? I never had mine "disappear" anywhere. Also, the thing of it not being searchable, that's an Ebay thing and has nothing to do with Auctiva. As long as you can see your listing in My eBay, that is.
We weren't saying it was an auctiva problem. It's an EBAY thing. When listings are posted to EBAY sometimes the item is not searchable for HOURS. Sometimes they don't categorize and add them into the search for up to 8 hours. We lose all the newly listed time we count on for attention to our items. That's what this was about.

ok so I've read the posts, it takes hours for the listings to be imported that I did on ebay to appear on auctiva. when they do appear, will the showcase automatically appear or do I have to manually put it on, OR will it not work and will be on subsequent listings that I do through auctiva? thanks!
