Hello. My Ebay Auctiva scrolling window is also not working on any of my auctions. It was fine about 2 hours ago, and I just now went to look due to your post because I can't log in on Auctiva either. So, your not alone, and I don't think the problem is with us. Hopefully, someone will look into it soon.

Hard to explain. I open my store through Auctiva thru the store page and it looks great all my info,header,templates store pages etc. are fine.
I open one of my listings on Ebay and click 'Visit my Ebay store" on the top right and it opens a basic ebay store with no auctiva formatting. I tried to create a new token hopeing to reconnect with Ebay. Thats not the problem. Everything was fine the last time I checked about a week or so ago.
Do you think it's because Auctiva was down yesterday? I tried support, but I don't think they are understanding my problem.
Pulling my hair out.

Hi lady of leather I think you are trying to access your Auctiva store front through a link on eBay.

The link provided by ebay only links to your actual ebay store not your Auctiva 'storefront', note I said storefront.

The Auctiva store is not a stand alone store it is a an extra window (or storefront) onto your active listings on ebay, not a replacement.

You can place a link on your listings to your Auctiva store if you are confident with HTML or copy and paste it from text enabled as hypertext from within a word document.

It is something you have to add to your listing manually.

I found and HTML builder on Ebay to link a page. I made some adjustments to there code and it's working just fine. I just hope that Ebay doesn't censor it.

Go to My Ebay.
My subscriptions.
Manage My Store.
Custom Pages.
Store design on left.
HTML builder.
Build a link to store page.
Storefront.
Generate your HTML and where is says 'Stores at Ebay and your store name' just delete and replace with www.your URL.com and paste in onto your description box and preview. Mine opened up my Auctiva storefront not ebays. you can also add a logo or photo.
Like I said I hope I don't get censored again..
A certian auctions company is getting seriously parinoid lately
After all the link that I made is still on Ebay and they are still getting there fees. Let's see

Hi L of L, you are effbay legally allowed to link to your Auctiva storefront because it only shows effbay items but occassionally an over zealous effbay automaton will pull a listing through lack of reading.

Has not happened in the 100's of listings I have put out with it so far but I usually word it such "..items in my ebay ..."
