i am a new user of auctiva in the uk and am experiencing random periods of downtime when using the site. i have such problems as being unable to upload a picture, being unable to select templates or loosing my login (asks me to log in again). Usually 1 of these things happens i.e cant upload photo but can select template, different parts of the site seem to randomly go down.
i am guessing this is due to scheduled site maintance as when the site is working i have no problems, it just gets annoying having downtime when doing my listings.
can someone please tell me at what time scheduled maintance of the site occurs each day so i could avoid these hours when doing my listings, preferbly in GMT if possible.
