Hmmm. Could be a number of things. Was the image ever there and then disappeared? Or did it not show up in the first place? Any messages given like 'no picture....'
Does the thumbnail appear in the EBay listing?
It might be a problem on Auctiva's side and you might want to send a Support Request. (Help tab on top of the screen then scroll to the bottom of the page.)

I have submitted request as you suggested. This has happened before. I guess there are bugs yet to be worked out. Good customer service though.

I to am having this problem with photo on ebay and not in my store window, if you hear of anything could you post an answer for me as well. I have tried everything to fix it and nothing worked for me. Gian
