More Auctiva problems with their website!

Seems like complete incompetence. I run an I.T. department, and keeping malware off your servers and keeping service up isn't that hard in 2009. 10 years ago, not so easy, but with the systems available nowadays... not that difficult.

I'd recommend they take a look at the people running their data center.

What's the deal?

Been trying to list 13 items for three hours...can't log on, can't browse, can't selct templates..hard to make money wasting time! Does anyone (like an IT tech working for Auctiva) read these posts?

Seems to just be a bad streak. I have been using them for about a year. And this is the worst it has been. Usually just a bug here or there that can be worked around.

I am a regular lister, I list around 100 items per week and am impacted greatly when Auctiva isn't working properly. I understand when there are glitches and problems which occur from time to time. However, these past few weeks have been excruciating to someone like me who's income is dependent on voluminous listings, launching at set times, as advertised on my site. Highly disappointing, and though I've signed up for an Auctiva store, I have serious reservations about the reliability of Auctiva. The listing service is free, so it's slightly difficult to complain too much, but really...if you have a service, free or fee, it NEEDS to be reliable. Just venting here; thanks for listening.

I had several items that I spend a few hours writing out last night scheduled to post this evening... and guess what? Nothing. Thanks for wasting my time Auctiva!

I'm having the same problem. It started when I was trying to upload an image. Now I can not even get on to the Auctiva.com site. I tried using a link to file a support case with no luck. Also, on eBay... images will not supersize.

I use Firefox and the error message I get when trying to do all of the above is...

"Page Load Error

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection.

Please try again."

I use auctiva for more than one year.
For me, its just a bad streak cos in generally, the site works fine.

I agree boonchuay... I've been using Auctiva for a long time and am generally happy with service provided.

I just want to know what the heck is going on right now.
