Mr Poster no longer supported or???

I am a long time user of Mr Poster, and I see there is little action at all on the Mr Poster board. There has been a few issues in teh past, all of which seem to have straightened themselves out, so I assume SOMEONE is taking some care of Mr Poster over there at Auctiva.

Currenlty, my batches are "hung-up" on Auctiva after uploading them. They never post to eBay, even after 24 hours.

I have checked out other Auctiva Products for posting on eBay, but still prefer Mr Poster over them all. It does what I need it to do. But, if I can no longer use it, I have no reason to stay with Auctiva for my photo hosting use, either, as I do have other webspace that I can use just as easily.

Will someone there please respond!

This forum is for the web-based Auctiva product, and our development team doesn't work on Mr. Poster.

If you will file a support case (you can do this at this link) Auctiva Support will give you a hand. They have access to the right development people if they are needed.
