Hi LuckBeALadyTonight,
Thanks for contributing to our forum. There is actually a known conflict between the version of our description editor you are using and Internet Explorer 9.0 that causes the exact behavior you described here, so I assume that you are being impacted by that problem.
I'm not quite sure when that issue will be resolved at the moment but, in the mean time, you should be able to work around the problem by using the Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer 9.0 or by setting your account to use the newer description editor we have available.
If you would like to try the Firefox browser and have not installed it already, you should be able to download it free of charge from the following site:
http://www.mozilla.comOn the other hand, if you would prefer to adjust your account to use our newer description editor, you can accomplish that by mousing over the "My Account" tab within your account, selecting the "Acct Preferences" option under "Settings", checking the box next to "Use Design Editor v2.0" on the ensuing page, and then clicking the "Update Account Preferences" button.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
