my listing are not imported in auctiva yet....after 15 hours!!!

I am having this same problem i listed about 4 auctions yesterday through ebays relist and none of them are showing in my active listings. I also listed 3 using auctiva and they are fine, but the one that i listed with ebay are no where to be found is there a way to rest my imported listing settings

It typicall takes 4- 6 hours for listings posted through eBay to be imported into auctiva and appended with the Auctiva store window...up to 12 hours in some instances.

If you ever feel it has been an excessive period of time before your Auctiva account has last reconciled with eBay, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.
