It never fails that I get called away from creating a listing that's very detailed and I forget to save it at that point. I know. That's a personal problem. But it would be nice to come back and save the work I've done. Right now, if I take too long in getting back and try to save, I get taken to the sign-in and lose everything on the listing. I know. It's my fault. Sometimes I've been able to dig it out of my cache, sometimes not. Along those lines, you have no way to save on the fly without having to go back and re-open the listing again, do you? That would be nice, too.
Neither of these are complaints. Just something I could use.

I too agree with saving on the fly. I most definitely save mine every five minutes but I always create my listing first in word or another format before I put it on Auctiva. But if yours does time out what I have noticed is just sign in again and then go back on your browser until you get to the page you were at when you tried saving it before it timed out. Then you can leave right where you left off. I have Mozilla Firefox so i am not sure if this will work withe everyone's browser but it has worked on mine every time.
Actually, this is something the Design Team has noticed as well, in the creation of Custom Template Designs. Again the best thing our team can suggest is to "Save Often" (and we are talking, very often). As RcSuperSales said, if you return to the window you were in and trying to save when the time out happened, your data to that point should be there.

This is the only suggestion we have for now, but know the problem is on our radar and being looked in to. Smile
