Hello, I bought a custom template that was on auction on ebay and I am trying to use it with auctiva. I listed a couple auctions with it and noticed that my pictures are not correct. Only one shows up at the beginning of the listing and the rest are at the very end. But when I just use the auctiva templates, all the pictures show up at the top of the auction. Is there a way to fix this? I would like all my pictures to show up at the top still with this new template. Thank you for your help!

Dear Deanna,

Thanks for posting about this here. I looked over your custom template and was able to find that the images were showing up as you described because of where the image tags were placed within the custom template.

I have just created a new custom template for you based on that one called "Damask Boutique Modified" that has all the image tags up at the top of the auction, so I recommend giving this new custom template a try and seeing if that will suit your needs.

I'm also inclined to mention that, in order to make text appear in the Payment and Shipping sections at the bottom of the template, you will have to select a Seller Details Profile that has information saved in the Payment and Shipping sections. Otherwise, nothing will be displayed in that area of the template.

You're welcome. A checkout profile can only be used to prefill the Checkout Options section at the very bottom of the listing creation page so it is expected that content would not show up within your template. The only details that will appear within your template are the description, images, and Seller Details Profile information.

In order to make it so your payment information shows up in the section within your template labeled Shipping, you will need to edit the Seller Details Profile you are using by adding this additional information to the Shipping section.

You can edit your Seller Details Profile by mousing over the Profiles tab within your account, selecting the Manage option under Seller Details, and then clicking the "Edit" button next to the one you would like to revise. You will then be able to click the Shipping tab on the ensuing page to get to the shipping section.
