new API Error again

Either your Description, Location, or Checkout Instructions appear to have Java script in it according to eBay. eBay is very strict about anything that looks like it may be Java script. Try checking your description for parenthesis and try posting without them if they do exist

what is that mean?

Hi YOUgod,

That particular API error indicates that eBay rejected your attempt to post the listings because your listing contains Java Script code that is prohibited by eBay policy. You can read eBay's entire Java Script policy on the following page of their help index:

It can be difficult to tell what exactly is causing the problem if you are not familar with Java Script but we could help you out with this if need be.

If you are unable to resolve this problem with the listing on your own, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab in your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

Hi vinnicky2008,

I'm afraid I don't know what you are referring to here. The API error you mentioned previously was generated by eBay because Java Script code was included in the listing that is not allowed by eBay policy and is not representative of a *problem* with Auctiva.

If you need any further assistance with your account, please contact our customer support team using the method I mentioned in my previous post to this thread.

He or she capped SO MANY. I agree. But Mike skimmed right over that, as if you were asking only about the java. Auctiva is in 'denial' about their tons of glitches. Don't you know by now that Web sites are never at fault? It's always you don't know how to use a computer or your computer has problems. Never the Web site's programmer can't write a software program correctly or their servers are out-dated or overloaded, etc!
