Hi everyone-

I just signed up to Auctiva and am looking for help on several different topics but I'll post 2 here for now.

1. When a buyer wins one of my auctions, EBAY sends out a message immediately which includes a "Pay Now" link. It looks as though Auctiva does the same thing. Is there a way to turn either one off so that the buyer doesn't get two emails asking for payment? I know that some systems integrate well with the Ebay/Paypal automation and others do not but I am not sure how Auctiva handles this.

2. Is there an "instruction manual" for Auctiva or just the Classes and Tutorial Section?

Thanks for all the help!

Hi davidx,

The first thing you shoud do is go to your Account Settings...just about everything is enabled unless you turn it off. The email management is at the bottom of the page. I myself use Ebay's Pay Now email because alot of folks aren't familiar with Auctiva.

I've never seen an instruction manual, but when I first joined up I found the tutorials extremely helpful. Good luck on your sales Smile
