New Listings, no store window.

I actually have two concerns. My very first concern is since I activated my Auctiva account every new listing I have added does not show a store window. The items I had active when I first activated Auctiva all added on beautifully, but new items I add through the eBay interface do not. It has been more than 24 hours. I reset my token and nothing. I list frequently and would like it added automatically if possible.

Second concern is, I have also updated the prices on ebay and a gallery photo on other items yet they still show the old price and the old photo. Thats been over 12 hours. What can be done?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Trendy,

1) This process is automated and it typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted directly through eBay to be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window. Since this is not the case with your account, please file a support case about this issue using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.

2) Prices are updated by our listing maintenance which runs about every 6 hours. Once your updated prices are reflected on your active listings page, they'll be displayed in the store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours. The images on the store window cannot be changed, so unfortunately, image changes in your listings will not be reflected in the Auctiva store window.
