I have been able to use the new multi-variotions featurs for several days w/ no issues. Then between 4pm & 5:30pm on 2-22-10 when I select the feature, the window pops-up & the processing circular arrow on top left just circles...in the lower left corner it either says error on page or done. The arrow continues to circle until it times out. I am at a total listing stand still & have been for days. I have contacted Auctiva Support several times. SOMEONE, ANYONE any suggestions?? Thanks

I have the same issue, the whole week now, trying to use multi-variation listing, going back to Autiva and checking if works. Opened the Support case, but got no answer. From the past experience with Auctiva, might never get an answer. So what I did was listed my items, one at the time. Can not wait forever for their "NEW" multi-variations to function. Unfortunately, not sure what else we can do, as there is now phone support to call either. Thanks
I "UPGRADED" to the plan w/ phone support & now it says I will NOT be able to get help until 3-1-10 when my new plan goes into effect...GRRR. The listings that are so critical to me each have SUB TITLES @ $1.50 each so it will cost me a ton to keep listing individually. Please continue to email Auctiva for support & mention you saw my post w/ same issues, maybe that will get them to help us. Thanks. Dana

Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. I believe most or all of you are being affected by known issue that is causing the multi variation interface to hang up and display a "Processing" message when used through Internet Explorer 7.0 and our engineering team is currently looking into getting that issue resolved as soon as possible.

Since the issue in specific to Internet Explorer 7.0, you should be able to work around the issue for the time being by upgrading to Internet Explorer 8.0 or by using the Firefox browser. The Firefox browser can be downloaded free of charge from http://www.mozilla.com

Also, when you change your plan from one paid plan to another during a given month, it is expected behavior for the new plan to take effect on the first of the next month.

In the event you would like to upgrade your plan for the current month, please contact our customer support team using the "File a Support Request" link on our help page and we can help you out with that.

Hi Community,

I am pleased to report that our engineering team has just released some changes designed to correct this problem. I was just able to load the multi variation listing interface through Internet Explorer 7.0 from my end, so things are looking good so far.

Hi Mike. I am sure others are very happy I found the issue w/ variations listings. I have been using Auctiva for several years & had very few issues. This had been driving me crazy for 4 days. I UPGRADED my acct for the sole purpose of solving this issue. Since is was an AUCTIVA software issue & I figured it out on my own I really did not need to Upgrade my account. So I am requestend it be restored back to the plane I was on for $9.95 / month. I appreciate your & AUCTIVAs' understanding. Dana
