Hi all, I'm a week old, & this is my first post. I've learned nearly everything about Auctiva & More from these boards by searching a few keywords of what I've needed, then reviewing all of YOUR Q&A's. Its worked great! Almost everything I've needed has been asked AND ANSWERED/SOLVED right here, its great. Just hoping newbies like me see this message & do the same instead of their own question & waiting for replies... if you're asking, chances are someone else has asked before.
Just a thought... bye (visit Flip's Vintage Collectables) (PS: teach me how to make a link to my store please)!

Hi farly odd mother, and thanks for the link tip. What I meant though, was a link to use anywhere on the web, which pulls someone to my store, and to write myself in HTML. (just learning html too) I found it, in this excellent tutorial to share with all, its totally free and designed for use with ebay listings:

Fairy Odd Mother, are you having any *luck* selling your "website" items??? I've been a member for over 3 years and I suck!!!!!!! Frown LOL I've been building, rebuilding my website for over 2 years cause I keep changing my mind, adding new things, taking off old things...blah, blah, blah....it would be soooo much easier if they could do it for me...but my gosh! over $500 or more for 20 items!!! can you say RIP-OFFFF!! lol. Anyway, I was just curios....if you have a sec, take a look at the site I'm building.... Elegant Home by KML and let me know what you think..

of course since i've seem to get the "ebay bug" again, i've let my website fall to the side...it's always something...hahaha...

ok then, ciao for now.
if you do look at it.....it's kinda blah right now....my homepage had TONS of itmes/links and everything on it, but i just disabled them all cause i have to update all the products so i left myself with 4 measly categories. i had pretty much the entire catalog listed....over 200 web pages i've built...now i've only activated like 20 of them..ha! oh well...such is life Wink

now that i'm chatting about it, i think i'll hang up my ebay hat for a day *heaven forbid* and go work on my web site....toodles.
SmileHi there, Sweet Princess of the Auctions, I did look at both of your sites. I think they look good. What are you using to build your store? I know how time consuming that can be, which is why I have mostly stayed with EBay. Tried ProStores when they first started but it was a disaster. They had lots of problems and then were hit by hurricane Rita. :o Course I was trying to do this during the busiest season. To answer your question, I have had pretty good luck. If you want to EMail, maybe we can chat and not take up space on the board.onceuponafind@comcast.net

Hi, I am pretty new here. I just saw this post and read about http://www.eobcards.com/tutorial3.htm#toc
I have been selling online for years, but took a year break. I am back now, and I remember using that site back in the day. It really is super useful not only for eBay but I have used html from there on websites and other places as well. Very nifty site.
