2. Will the relist optione ventually be eligible for rebays relisting reimbursements?
3. When ebay gives us a specials day such as sall lists are .10 today - do we get those savings by posting through Auctiva?
4. The $$ saved from Shipping insuracne Can I use that balance to pay for future shipping charges? Is it automatically deducted?
5. Concerned with Downtime?? When you are down for maintenance or others - What are your normal down times-how long? Downtime means I'm loosing money.

Based on what I'm seeing maybe I should entyer a support help ticket. - Can anyone answer these? Thank you - Kim & Todd

Welcome Todd&Kim -

Here are the answers to your questions:

1. all my items are not up on Auctiva yet so what if a customers buys two producst, one from ebay and one from Auctiva? What happens?

As long as your Auctiva items are not set to go through Auctiva Checkout, eBay checkout will combine those items with no problems. If you have your items set up to go through Auctiva Checkout, they will go through Auctiva Checkout and will be combined only with other Auctiva Checkout items.

2. Will the relist optione ventually be eligible for rebays relisting reimbursements?

We are anticipating having relist reimbursement in Q1 of 2007.

3. When ebay gives us a specials day such as sall lists are .10 today - do we get those savings by posting through Auctiva?

Yes - it will not reflect on our eBay fees calculator on the lister page but it should calculate correctly through eBay.

4. The $$ saved from Shipping insuracne Can I use that balance to pay for future shipping charges? Is it automatically deducted?

You have to pay us for shipping insurance. You can do that however you choose since the customer pays you and then you pay us. You can pay in advance as much as you would like. If you decide to leave Auctiva, anything in that shipping insurance fund that you haven't used would be refunded to you.

5. Concerned with Downtime?? When you are down for maintenance or others - What are your normal down times-how long? Downtime means I'm loosing money.

We are down for scheduled maintenance on Thursdays from about 10:30 pm Pacific Standard Time for approximately 6 hours. Since we have the scheduler, you can adjust when you schedule your listings to avoid that time period. As for unscheduled maintenance, we do our best to post site alerts and community posts to let people know if we have issues that need to be attended to outside of our regular maintenance. We have had some issues in the past two weeks that have required immediate attention, and on cheap listing days we experience really high volumes of listers. Since we don't find out about those from eBay any sooner than you do, there is little we can do except fix issues if they crop up and continue to upgrade as we have been.

Hope that helps!

Cara

With only two of my auctions showing up in the window I consider this about useless.

I'm going back to xsell.

Goodness, Auctiva is up and running like a champ. Please file a support ticket. I just bet they can get all of your issues resolved.

Hi Kim -

Support is correct that Auctiva Checkout applies only to listings posted through Auctiva. But if someone buys one Auctiva item and one eBay item you can still combine invoices on eBay. As long as your Auctiva items are not set to go through Auctiva Checkout, eBay checkout will combine those items with no problems. If you have your items set up to go through Auctiva Checkout, they will go through Auctiva Checkout and will be combined only with other Auctiva Checkout items. I thought you were concerned about what would happen to your buyers currently, not what will happen in the future. I am sorry Smile

And, I second the advice that you should file a support ticket. Let our customer support reps find out if there is something in your set up that needs to be fixed or if we just need to give your account an update.
