New to Auctiva. Ebay hosted images not working??help

I've just started using Auctiva to list items to my ebay store as I wanted to take advantage of the scrolling bar and image hosting but now I have linked Auctiva to my ebay account the images I had on the listings made previously are messed up. Thumbnails show sometimes and not others and just contine to try and load over and over again. Some of these listings were done using ebay.uk directly and some were uploaded from Turbo lister. I dont have all the images still saved on my laptop as I have deleted some after uploading them to ebay. What can I do to stop Auctiva interfering with the ebay hosted images please?
Help would be great please as my listings currently look a mess!!!

Hi strawberryphoenix,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. While I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing, no aspect of our service would cause eBay hosted images to be removed from your listings so I don't see how this behavior could have anything to do with your use of Auctiva.

If you have noticed some of your header/gallery images disappear since you posted these items to eBay and you did not make any revisions to the listings that would explain why they were removed, I recommend contacting eBay's customer support team for further assistance.
