I am a having a terrible time creating a new listing from an old imported listing. It is very hard for me to navigate thru this please any suggestions on how to get started.
If the listing was Imported, it should be in your Saved Listings. Go to the listing tab and select Saved Listings on that page. That will display a page of your Saved Listings. If you locate and select that listing for edit, you'll get Auctiva's one-page lister (similar to eBay's one-page editor).
Hopefully, that will get you started with revision of the listing. I'd recommend you take Auctiva's tutorials and checkout the FAQs at the HELP link (top of any page).
For those of you who are new to Auctiva and are having trouble listing, the first thing I recommend doing is going to http://www.auctiva.com/help/tutorials.aspx and checking out the tutorials we have available, especially the one under the heading "Listings".
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
I seem to be a complete idiot in trying to create a listing here. I entered the information, PASSED the error check. Nothing.....went back into my account, and there was an error message that I was using a payment method unaccepted by Ebay. Nope....I'm not that I can see. Why did I receive the OK from the error check, but yet it didn't post. I know it's probably me, but the older I get, the harder this Auctive is to work with.
For the best help ever (other than trial & error) do what Auctiva Mike suggests...take ALL the tutorials, they're so very easy to understand. Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
Note: if you proceed, you will no longer be following .
