Hi, I'm new and confused ????

I had an ebay store (just a little one). I purposely didn't do any new listings until I got through the process of adding Auctiva.

What I'm wondering is ... There are no items in my ebay store anymore, none of my pre-set categories are there, just the frame basically?

Where did all my items for sale go? I do see them in Auctiva, but there is nothing in my ebay store - don't both run at the same time? Is there just some sort of delay in the transition process?

Hi Brenda - It is normal for your ebay items to disappear temporarily. Ebay pulls them whenever you sign up with a 3rd party provider, as a precaution against account hijacking. They should re-appear within 24 hours.
